Corrections take priority over everything else in this inbox. If you have found a wrong figure, that is the most useful message you can send us.
Report a data error
If a fee, entity record or date on this site is wrong, tell us. The most useful report includes the page URL, the specific figure, and a link to the primary source that contradicts it. These are handled under our corrections policy, which commits us to acknowledge within two business days and to correct verified errors within five.

If you work at a broker we cover
Corrections from firms are welcome and are handled exactly like corrections from anyone else: we verify against your published documents and fix what is wrong. What we will not do is adjust a score, a position or the wording of a limitation in exchange for anything. Requests of that kind are declined and, if a commercial relationship exists, disclosed.
If your published fee schedule is hard to read programmatically, we would genuinely like to hear from you. Two firms are currently excluded from every ranking on this site for exactly that reason.
Commercial enquiries
We have no commercial relationships at present. If we enter one, it will be disclosed on the broker’s own row, on our affiliate disclosure page, and in a register in our codebase that the scoring engine cannot read. Any commercial conversation starts from that constraint.
What we cannot help with
- Account problems at a broker. We have no relationship with any firm and no ability to act on your account. Contact the broker; if that fails, FINRA and the SEC both operate public complaint processes.
- Investment advice. We are not licensed to give it and will not. For advice about your own circumstances, speak to a licensed financial or tax professional.
- Guest posts and link placement. We accept neither.
